Deep Healing Relaxation

This is a seated or lying practice
Find a comfortable quiet place
Please allow at least 20 minutes of uninterrupted attention if possible, especially the first time.

This practice is called Deep Healing Relaxation. This meditation is designed to calm your nervous system and train your body on how to deal with stress in a more relaxed manner using a combination of focused thought, gentle relaxed breathing, and physical stillness. It’s very simple.

For this exercise, I invite you to sit up upright in a comfortable position in a dignified poster or lie down. Your spine doesn’t have to be perfectly straight, Just relaxed and comfortable. Your palms gently resting on your knees, abdomen or at your sides.

This is the way you change your life for the better, and find healing relaxation even throughout your daily tasks.
