I invite you to sit up upright in a comfortable position in a dignified poster. Your spine doesn’t have to be perfectly straight, Just relaxed and comfortable. Your palms gently resting on your knees. If you are sitting in a chair don’t lean back against the chair, Sit forward. Allow your shoulders to relax
