Please allow at least 10 minutes of uninterrupted attention if possible, especially the first time.

This practice is called The Inner Smile, and it’s something you can do anytime during the day or at night when you need to feel Joy. Everyone should set aside at least 5 minutes each day to find joy. 

In this exercise, we will learn a technique that will help us reset and find our inner smile anytime and anywhere.

I invite you to sit up in a comfortable position. It’s best if you can sit with your back straight above your hips. Not straining Just very naturally in a dignified poster but if you need to, you can go ahead and rest your back against some soft pillows or a chair.
