Discover Your Inner Oasis

This is a seated practice

Find a comfortable quiet place
~
Please allow at least 20 minutes of uninterrupted attention if possible, especially the first time.

This practice is called Discovering Your Inner Oasis, and it’s something you can do anytime during the day or at night when you need to feel inner calm and relaxation. After you do this meditation once, you will be able to immediately go to your oasis, relax and re-center.

I invite you to lie down or sit up in a comfortable position in a dignified poster. The most important thing is to be comfortable and relaxed.

You may have more to discover by doing the journey again on your own, but if you like, this one is yours to modify and use whenever you need it.
